Our Refund Policy

The Aragon Guarantee

Although close to 99% of our customers are satisfied with their AI headshots, there may be instances where your photos don't accurately represent you for various reasons. At Aragon, we are committed to providing the best customer experience possible. Therefore, we are more than willing to offer a complimentary redo or a 100% refund in such cases.

However, because our product is digital, and to prevent abuse, we have implemented several policies to ensure fairness and maintain a high-quality product for everyone.

What Doesn't Qualify for a Headshot Refund

Not Following Our Upload Instructions: If you are dissatisfied with your output, we will examine your uploaded photos to verify that you adhered to our upload instructions.

Using Your Photos: To prevent abuse, downloading your photos is considered as using your product. You will have the opportunity to preview all of your AI-generated pictures before downloading.

Timeframe for Refund Requests: Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.

Team Plans: For team accounts, we currently offer only partial refunds for unused credits. This policy is due to the higher costs associated with servicing larger customers.

Refunds for Aragon Subscriptions

Full refunds are available for all Aragon subscription tiers under the following conditions:

• Monthly plans: Refund requests must be submitted within 3 calendar days of the charge.
• Annual plans: Refund requests must be submitted within 5 calendar days of the charge.
• The refund applies to your most recent payment only. For example, if you've made three payments, we can only issue a refund for the third.
• Refunds will only be granted if no credits have been used during the billing period.
• Refunds are not granted for recurring subscription charges where the subscription was not canceled prior to the renewal date.

Duplicate Charges & Unauthorized Transactions

• Duplicate charges: If you are billed more than once for the same subscription period due to a technical error, the duplicate charge will be refunded in full upon verification.
• Unauthorized transactions: If you believe a charge was made fraudulently or without your authorization, please contact us immediately. Verified unauthorized charges will be refunded in full following investigation.

Subscription Cancellation

All subscription plans renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — refunds are not issued for unused portions of an active cycle.

How Long Do Refunds Take

We will review and respond to refund requests within 1-3 business days. If approved, funds will be returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
