Log into your personal account, then click on the menu on the upper-left side to see an overview of all your accounts. Select Create Team to create an account for your team/business. Once the account is created, you can invite members to join your team.
If you want to create a team account under a different email address instead (ex. your company email), simply create a team using the new email address.

You may change your current email address by logging into your account - simply click on your account name > Account Settings to do this, but note that you will have to verify your new email address in order to access the Team dashboard's features again.

No, only team admins can access every member’s headshots. Individual team members can only view their own headshots.
Team admins can choose an attire and background that is standardized across the entire team’s headshots. If you’d like something more custom like poses, specific outfits, branding colors, etc. please contact sales@aragon.ai.
Yes, you can upload a custom background with your logo and it will be automatically applied to all of your team members’ headshots/backgrounds.
Each team member gets 100 headshots to choose from! They will come in different poses and attires.

Yes, we have editing tools such as a Magic Eraser or Blemish Remover available for all team members. Every member gets 40 edits by default, and team admins can purchase more if needed.
Our AI-generated headshots come in 4:5 (portrait) and 1:1 (square) aspect ratios, with a high resolution of 896 × 1088 pixels. This exceeds the requirements of most platforms. For example, LinkedIn recommends a minimum of 400 × 400 pixels for profile pictures. If you’d wish to request a higher resolution, feel free to reach out to sales@aragon.ai.
