Aragon AI - Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions
Last Updated: April 1, 2026
These Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions (“Affiliate Terms”) govern your participation in the Aragon AI Affiliate Program (“Program”). By registering as an affiliate, you agree to be bound by these Affiliate Terms, as well as the Aragon AI Terms of Service available at aragon.ai/terms, which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these terms, do not register or continue as an affiliate.
Aragon AI, Inc. (“Aragon,” “we,” “us”) reserves the right to modify these Affiliate Terms at any time. Continued participation in the Program after notice of changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
- Eligibility & Account Registration. To participate in the Program, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have a valid email address and PayPal account in your own name
- Provide accurate, complete, and truthful registration information
- Operate a legitimate platform (website, social media channel, newsletter, etc.) through which you promote Aragon
- Comply with all applicable laws, including those governing advertising, privacy, and consumer protection
Aragon reserves the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at its sole discretion, with or without explanation.
- One Account per Person. Each individual or entity may hold only ONE active affiliate account at any time.
If you have lost access to a previous account, changed your email address, or have a legitimate reason for requesting a second account, you must contact us at affiliates@aragon.ai before creating a new account. We are happy to help and will document approved exceptions in writing. Simply reach out first and we will work with you.
What is not allowed — and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all commissions — is creating a second account without prior written approval from Aragon, particularly where the intent is to increase commission payouts, circumvent a restriction, or obscure identity. Specifically prohibited:
- Creating a second account under a different name or email address without prior written approval from Aragon
- Registering multiple accounts with the deliberate intent to multiply commission payouts beyond what a single account would earn
- Using a different name, email address, or payment account across multiple registrations to conceal that they belong to the same person
- Directing another person to register an account on your behalf for the purpose of earning additional commissions
The key distinction is intent and disclosure. Coming to us proactively with a legitimate reason is always fine. Secretly creating additional accounts to generate more commissions — especially under a different identity — is a breach of these terms and of the Aragon Terms of Service (Section 3), which prohibits registering under a false identity.
If we discover multiple accounts linked to the same individual through matching IP addresses, PayPal accounts, device fingerprints, registration patterns, or other signals, and those accounts were created without prior approval, all associated accounts will be suspended immediately and all unpaid commissions across all accounts will be forfeited.
- Identity & Accurate Registration Information. You must register using your real, legal name and accurate contact information. Specifically, you may not:
- Register under a false name, pseudonym, or fictitious identity
- Use an email address that does not belong to you
- Provide a PayPal email address belonging to a different person or entity
- Misrepresent your promotional channels, audience, or methods of promotion
Your affiliate account name, email address, and PayPal payout email must all be consistent and belong to the same verified individual. Accounts where the registered name does not match the PayPal account holder name, or where the email address appears to be randomly generated or fictitious, may be flagged for identity verification before any payment is released.
Aragon reserves the right to request identity verification documents (such as a government-issued ID or proof of your promotional platform) at any time. Failure to provide requested verification within 7 business days may result in account suspension and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
- One Unique PayPal Account per Affiliate. Each affiliate must use a unique PayPal email address not shared with any other affiliate account.
If multiple affiliate accounts are found to share the same PayPal payout email, this is treated as strong evidence of a single individual operating multiple accounts in violation of Section 2. All accounts sharing a PayPal address will be suspended and their commissions withheld pending investigation.
Legitimate exceptions (e.g., a business with multiple employees each running separate affiliate campaigns) must be pre-approved in writing by Aragon before registration.
- Prohibited Activities. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all commissions, whether paid or unpaid:
- Paid Advertising.
- Running paid search ads (Google Ads, Bing Ads, or any pay-per-click platform) using any Aragon brand terms, including “Aragon,” “Aragon AI,” “aragon.ai,” or any misspelling or variation thereof
- Running paid social media ads (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) using your affiliate link without prior written approval from Aragon
- Bidding on Aragon's branded keywords or domain name in any advertising platform
You may run non-branded paid ads only with explicit prior written approval from Aragon. Unauthorized paid ads that compete with Aragon's own marketing will result in immediate termination.
- Self-Referrals.
- Using your own affiliate link to purchase Aragon products for yourself
- Coordinating purchases with others in exchange for commission sharing
- Creating fake customer accounts to generate commission credits
Any commission generated through self-referral or coordinated referral schemes will be forfeited and the account permanently closed.
- Fraudulent Activity & Manipulation.
- Creating fake leads, fake signups, or fraudulent transactions to generate commissions
- Using bots, scripts, or automated tools to simulate clicks or conversions
- Cookie stuffing — placing tracking cookies on users' devices without their knowledge or consent
- Inflating click, conversion, or traffic numbers through any artificial means
- Misrepresenting Aragon's products, pricing, or features in your promotional materials
- Posting unauthorized discount codes or fabricated promotional offers on coupon sites
- Pretending to be an Aragon employee or acting as an official representative of Aragon
- Brand Misrepresentation.
- Using Aragon's name, logo, or trademarks in any way not expressly authorized
- Creating websites, social profiles, or content that could be mistaken for official Aragon communications
- Making false or misleading claims about Aragon's products, results, or guarantees
- Promoting Aragon in conjunction with illegal, adult, violent, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate content
- Spam & Unsolicited Contact.
- Sending unsolicited bulk emails (spam) containing your affiliate link
- Posting your affiliate link in unsolicited comments, forums, or platforms where promotion is prohibited
- Using deceptive subject lines, hidden redirects, or misleading content to drive clicks
- Paid Advertising.
- Commission Structure & Payment. The standard commission rate is 30% on all qualifying sales. Custom rates may be agreed in writing for individual affiliates.
- One-Time Purchases. For one-time product purchases (e.g., individual photo packs, single headshot packages), affiliates earn a 30% commission on the purchase amount. Commission is paid once per transaction.
- Subscription Products. For subscription-based products, affiliates earn a 30% commission on the first payment only. No commission is earned on subsequent renewal payments, whether monthly or annual. This applies to all subscription plans unless a separate written agreement specifying otherwise has been made between the affiliate and Aragon.
- What Commissions Are Not Earned On.
- Subscription renewal payments after the initial charge
- Purchases later refunded or charged back
- Sales generated through any prohibited activity listed in Section 5
- Self-referrals
- Sales where the referring affiliate account has been suspended or terminated
- Payment Schedule. Payments are issued monthly via PayPal to the email address registered in your affiliate account. A minimum payout threshold of $50 must be reached before payment is issued. Aragon reserves the right to withhold payment for up to 60 days on any account under review for potential violations.
- Non-Payment for Fraudulent Activity & Right to Withhold. Commissions are only earned on legitimate referrals made in good faith in compliance with these terms. Aragon will not pay — and is not obligated to pay — commissions generated through fraudulent activity, misrepresentation, or any violation of these terms.
- Fraud Identified Before Payout. If Aragon identifies fraudulent activity or a material breach of these terms before a commission payment has been processed, all commissions associated with that activity are immediately forfeited. Aragon will not issue payment for those commissions under any circumstances. The affiliate will be notified and may submit a written appeal within 7 calendar days.
- Fraud Identified After Payout. If Aragon identifies fraudulent activity after a commission payment has already been issued, Aragon reserves the right to recover those funds. Recovery may be pursued through any of the following:
- Deducting the amount from future commission payments
- Requesting direct repayment from the affiliate within 30 days of written notice
- Initiating a payment reversal through our payment processor where applicable
- Pursuing recovery through applicable legal means if repayment is not made
Accepting a commission payment does not waive Aragon's right to recover it if fraud is later discovered. The obligation to repay commissions received through fraudulent activity survives termination of this agreement.
- Investigation — Outcome Pending. If suspicious activity is detected and Aragon is still investigating, all pending commissions for the account in question will be placed on hold. Aragon may:
- Hold payment for up to 60 days while the investigation is ongoing
- Request identity verification, traffic source documentation, or other supporting evidence from the affiliate
- Suspend access to the affiliate dashboard during the review period
If the investigation clears the affiliate, all held commissions will be released at the next regular payment cycle. If the investigation confirms a violation, commissions are forfeited per Section 7.1.
- Right to Withhold Without Prior Notice. Aragon reserves the right to place an immediate hold on any commission payment, without prior notice, if it has reasonable grounds to suspect a violation of these terms. Reasonable grounds include but are not limited to: multiple accounts linked to the same individual, mismatched identity information, unusual conversion patterns, or a shared PayPal email across multiple affiliate accounts.
If you believe a payment hold or account action was made in error, you may submit a written appeal to affiliates@aragon.ai within 7 calendar days of notification. Aragon's decision following review of the appeal is final.
- Termination. Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Aragon may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without notice, for any of the following:
- Any violation of these Affiliate Terms or the Aragon Terms of Service
- Fraudulent activity or abuse of the Program
- Providing false identity or registration information
- Running unauthorized paid ads
- Failure to respond to an identity verification request within 7 business days
- Any activity that Aragon determines, in its sole discretion, to be harmful to the Program or Aragon's brand
Upon termination for cause, all unpaid commissions are forfeited. Upon voluntary termination with no violations, commissions earned prior to termination will be paid at the next regular payment cycle, provided they meet the minimum payout threshold.
- Disclosure & FTC Compliance. You must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship with Aragon in any promotional content where you earn a commission. This is required by the U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and equivalent bodies in other jurisdictions. Your disclosure must be:
- Clear and conspicuous — placed where your audience will see it before clicking your link
- In plain language — e.g., “This post contains affiliate links. I earn a commission if you make a purchase through my link.”
- Present in every piece of content that includes your affiliate link (posts, videos, emails, etc.)
Failure to disclose your affiliate relationship is a violation of these terms and may expose you to regulatory action. Aragon is not responsible for your failure to comply with applicable disclosure laws.
- Changes to These Terms. Aragon reserves the right to modify these Affiliate Terms at any time. Notice of material changes will be sent to the email address registered with your affiliate account. Your continued participation in the Program after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
- Governing Law. These Affiliate Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution process set forth in the Aragon Terms of Service.
