What kind of photos should I upload?
Upload 10-20 close-up selfies of the same person. For best results, make sure you upload a diverse selection of images, from a variety of backgrounds, lighting, facial expressions, attire, and angles.
Can I get a refund?
Unfortunately once you upload your photos, our AI will start to immediately generate your photos and is expensive to do so. So we can't offer refunds after that happens. To ensure good output, please follow the upload instructions.
Are my photos safe?
We're commited to handling your data with privacy. We're an independent company and are 100% supported by your purchases, nothing else. We will never sell your data to anyone. We use AES256 encryption and our databases are hosted in the US with SOC 2 and ISO 27001 certified providers. Want to remove any of your images? Send us an email anytime.
Can I upload pictures of minors?
Absolutely not! This is against our terms of service. Please only upload photos of adults which you own the rights to (such as yourself).
It's been 30 minutes but I still don't see my photos! What should I do?
If you don't see your photos in your creations it is probably because our servers are overloaded. Please check back in 15-30 minutes.
Will the pictures look like me?
Yes (as long as you follow the upload instructions)! However, there may occasionally be some variances as AI output can sometimes be a bit random.
